Jeffrey Soros is Co-CEO of the Los Angeles Media Fund, a full service production and finance company. 2016 releases from LAMF include THE SPACE BETWEEN US, starring Gary Oldman, Asa Butterfield, Britt Robertson, and Carla Gugino; THE BYE BYE MAN featuring Carrie-Ann Moss and Faye Dunaway; and TRUE CRIMES, starring Jim Carrey. Prior to LAMF, Mr. Soros ran Considered Entertainment. Considered’s first production, the documentary A SMALL ACT debuted at Sundance, was shown theatrically and on HBO, nominated for an Emmy, awarded the Humanitas Prize, and raised nearly one million dollars for the scholarship fund depicted in the film. Upcoming releases from Considered include BASMATI BLUES, a romantic comedy musical shot in India with Brie Larson and Donald Sutherland, and an untitled project, written and directed by Warren Beatty. Mr. Soros is the President Emeritus of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, and a trustee of the Creative Capital Foundation and The Screewriters Colony.
