Connie Chen is the child of immigrants from Taiwan

Connie Chen is Chief Operating Officer at Lyra Health, a behavioral health technology company that helps companies improve access to effective mental health care for their employees. She is responsible for clinical care delivery and product. Previously, she was Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer at Vida Health. 

Connie graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and certificate in Health Policy. She completed her medical education at University of California, San Francisco and Internal Medicine training at Stanford Hospital & Clinics.

She has published on open frameworks for mobile health as well as use of comparative effectiveness research design in leading medical journals such as the Journal of the American Medical Association, Archives of Internal Medicine, and the Journal of Medical Internet Research. Connie currently serves on the Board of Overseers at UCSF.
